These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the JunkIt CleanUp website and services. By accessing or using our website and/or purchasing services from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the website or use our services.
Services
We will provide junk cleanup and hauling services as requested and agreed upon. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
Pricing and Payment
Prices quoted on our website or provided to you are estimates only. Final charges will be based on actual job requirements and volume collected. Payment is due in full at the time of service. We accept major credit/debit cards and checks.
Cancellations
For same-day jobs, cancellations must be made by 8 am on the day of service. For non-same-day jobs, 2 business days’ notice is required for a full refund. Cancellations with less notice are subject to a 50% fee.
Damages
We are not responsible for damages to property that may occur during the process of removing junk (e.g., scratches to floors). The customer assumes liability for any indoor/outdoor items not clearly marked for removal.
Ownership of Items
All items collected become the property of JunkIt CleanUp unless prior arrangements have been made. We cannot store or return any collected materials.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold JunkIt CleanUp harmless from all liability arising from the services performed.
Disputes
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be governed by state laws and resolved in state and federal courts local to the customer’s location.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted online and effective upon posting. Continued use of our services means acceptance of any updates.
